Youth probation measure: individual supervision programme CRIEM, new cases
The number of young people (aged 12-24 years) starting an individual supervision programme (ITB) directed at the integration of ethnic minorities (CRIEM) from 1 January to 31 December of the year concerned.
Individual supervision programmes are an intensive form of (youth) probation, often imposed as an alternative for detention or part of a custodial sentence. CRIEM stands for Criminaliteit in Relatie tot Integratie van Etnische Minderheden (Crime in Relation to the Integration of Ethnic Minorities).
